Feel the breath moving in and out of your nostrils. Look inside. Hear the sound of your breath. Smell the relaxing scent of lavender in savasana. Taste the warming and comforting cup of tea after a great practice.

Each class will be tailored for you with individual adjustments, including different elements from Ayurveda & TCM..

You can tell that Kirsten loves what she does! Her lessons are always carefully prepared and well structured, they are varied with a different theme every week. The exercises are well explained and demonstrated. Kirsten creates a very nice atmosphere with her pleasant voice. I felt very comfortable from the beginning. She can pick up people where they are at the moment and help them to be more aware of themselves and to be more attentive to themselves.  Through the weekly yoga practice with Kirsten I find my inner balance and get new energy. I go home strengthened from every class.

For me as a beginner, Kirsten's introduction to Yoga was great. Especially after a hard day at work, her yoga exercises are perfect for stretching and relaxing.
